About Me
Hi, I'm Bethany, the heart and hands behind Sanctum & Sol.
My journey into bodywork began during yoga teacher training in 2016, when I discovered Thai massage and the power of intentional, compassionate touch.
Today, my work blends therapeutic massage, somatic bodywork, Thai techniques, and other specialized modalities into sessions thoughtfully tailored to each person.
I believe meaningful bodywork begins with listening. My role isn't to fix you, but to provide skilled, attentive care in a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
